The need for these Guidelines was identified within the Cambodian National Council for Children\u2019s Initial Situational Analysis on Online Child Sexual Exploitation (OCSEA) in Cambodia, as well as the Disrupting Harms Cambodia Study, and is embedded in the National Action Plan to Prevent and Respond to Online Child Sexual Exploitation in Cambodia 2021-2025. This document provides a summary of the full guidelines and should be read in conjunction with the full Guideline document.
